Does Hopewell offer drivers education?
Posted by:No. In some cases, students can return to their home school for the drivers education course.

Can I attend events and activities at my home school?
Posted by:That is determined at your annual IEP meeting.

Can I drive to school?
Posted by:If you have a valid drivers license and carry automobile insurance you are able to drive to school. This is a decision made between the parents, student and Hopewell staff.

Are breakfast and lunch served?
Posted by:Yes. We serve a free breakfast every morning that consists of cereal, granola bar, juice and/or milk. Lunch is served from our Culinary Arts Program daily. Cost of lunch is $2.50.

How many students will be in my class?
Posted by:Typically there are 10 students in each classroom.

What are school hours?
Posted by:School hours are 9:00 to 2:30 pm Monday-Friday. Summer program hours are 8:00am-12:00pm.

Can I return to my home school?
Posted by:Yes, in some cases students may return to their home school. Hopewell's goal is to assist the student in meeting goals and setting them up for success.

Do Hopewell Academies have sports programs?
Posted by:No, but students are able to participate in the intramural program.
